  • KYC Data (where required): If you elect or are required to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification, a third-party provider will collect and process your identification documents, proof of residence, and related personal data.

  • To associate uploaded videos with Wallets and allocate Vader Points.

  • You retain ownership of your uploaded videos but grant VADER a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, anonymize, adapt, distribute, and commercialize them.
  • Videos may contain personal data (yours or third parties). By uploading, you confirm you have obtained all required consents.
  • The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") does not apply to uploaded videos because of the license granted to VADER.

5. KYC Data

  • KYC verification, where required, is handled exclusively by an independent, authorized third-party provider.
  • VADER does not collect, store, or control your KYC data.
  • VADER only receives confirmation of whether KYC verification was successful.
  • Rights regarding KYC data (e.g., access or erasure) must be exercised directly with the third-party provider.

6. Wallets and Blockchain Data

  • We collect Wallet addresses to enable services and allocate rewards.
  • Blockchain transactions are immutable and beyond VADER's control. Certain data (e.g., your Wallet address linked to transactions) may remain permanently recorded on the blockchain and cannot be altered or deleted.
  • Users remain solely responsible for their Wallets, private keys, and security.

7. Vader Points

  • Users may receive Vader Points as rewards for uploads.
  • Vader Points are non-monetary, game-like incentives with no guaranteed value and are not compensation, wages, or investments.
  • VADER may modify, suspend, or terminate the Vader Points system at any time.

8. Sharing and Transfers of Data

We may share your data with:

  • Service Providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, security providers).
  • Third-Party KYC Providers (for verification, where applicable).
  • Legal or Regulatory Authorities (where required by law).
  • Commercial Partners (only in anonymized or aggregated form).

Where data is transferred internationally, we will implement safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (for EU/EEA residents) or UK-approved transfer mechanisms.
